SAFETY RELIEF VALVE

• Accessories
Various models can be supplied to suit system requirements and vendor requirements
• High Performance Spring
Safety relief valve springs are specially designed and manufactured and tested to guarantee set point repeatability.
• Two-stage Stem (Ball Joints)
Two-stage stem together with self-aligning disc and stem pivot point through ball joints ensure correct alignment of the seats and minimize the seat leakage as the spring force is applied equally at the seat’s surface
• Balanced Bellows
Balanced bellows ensure correct valve performance under various back pressure conditions.
• Guiding surfaces
The material selection of guiding components ensures no galling of guiding surface
• Trim for SSR (for Air, Gas, Steam service)
Specific gas and steam trim designs provide stable operation and eliminate the damaging effect of chattering.
• Trim for SSRW (for Liquid service)
Specific liquid trim designs provide stable operation and full lift at 10% overpressure and discharge high capacity.
• Seats
Choice of disc and nozzle materials coupled with superior lapping techniques and precision machining provides high degree of seat tightness, good valve performance, and continuous long term protection.
• Full Nozzle design
The method of location of attachment to the body avoids transmission of pipe stresses to the nozzle/disc mating surface.
• API 526 dimensions
Dimensions allow pipework layouts to be detailed with confidence

PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE

• Single-port construction, large diaphragm area, light-rate spring, soft disc material, and seat design provide low lock-up pressure.
• Unexpected erosion, vibration, and noise can be avoided by applying anti-cavitation or low-noise trim.
• The SWR-NP series has a quick-change trim, providing easy maintenance and long service life.
• The valve is a compact and inexpensive, direct-acting pressure-reducing valve. • The valve is designed to handle water and air.
• Various springs are available to meet different pressure adjustment ranges.

STEAM TRAPS

• Operates based on the thermodynamic principle with a simple structure.
• Designed for superheated steam applications.
• Only one moving part – reduced wear.
• Resistant to water hammer.
• Equipped with an integral strainer.
• Bolted cover for easy removal and maintenance.
• Especially resistant to pipe vibration.

STRAINERS

Strainer is a device which provides a means of mechanically removing solids form a flowing fluid by utilizing a perforated, mesh or wedge wire straining element. The most common range of strainer particle retention is 1 inch to 40 micron (200 mesh).Whether the flowing material is seawater, oil, paint or a variety of food or chemical products, there is often something present that can cause trouble. Dirt, solid contaminant, or even clumps of the product itself can clog or damage pumps, nozzles, condensers and similar equipment.
